The challenge

Sigma Smile is a premium cosmetic and digital dentistry clinic in Nasr City, Cairo. Bookings were handled by phone and WhatsApp, which meant missed calls, double-booked slots and no way to serve patients outside Cairo. The clinic needed a website that felt as premium as its treatments and a booking flow simple enough for anyone to finish in under a minute.

What I built

• 3-step booking flow: choose a treatment and visit type (in-clinic or online video), pick a date and a live available time slot, enter details, done.
• Online video consultations: patients meet their doctor from a phone or laptop with no app to install; the meeting link arrives by email.
• Online payments: Paymob checkout with secure server-side payment confirmation.
• Real-time availability: slots are generated from doctor schedules, so the same time can never be booked twice.
• Automated emails: instant confirmations plus scheduled reminders.
• Admin dashboard: the clinic manages treatments, doctors, schedules, appointments and site pages without touching code.
• Before/after gallery: an interactive slider showing E-Max crowns, smile makeovers and full-mouth rehabilitation cases.
• Clinic management app: a separate internal system for patient records, treatments, expenses and reports.

Design & SEO

A dark, gold-accented design that matches the clinic's luxury positioning, built mobile-first because most patients book from their phones. Pages are optimised for local search ("cosmetic dentist Nasr City", "dental clinic Cairo") with structured data, clean URLs and a privacy-friendly Google Map that only loads after consent.

Results

Patients can now book 24/7 without calling, out-of-town patients can consult online, and the clinic team manages its whole schedule from one dashboard. The clinic serves 5,000+ patients with a 4.9★ Google rating.
