The challenge

Pharmacy students graduate with plenty of theory but little hands-on clinical exposure. Training seats at hospitals are scattered, hard to find and managed by phone and spreadsheets. Exterienc needed a single platform where students discover, pay for and complete clinical training, and where partner hospitals manage their cohorts.

What I built

• Hospital rotations ("waves"): date-bound training cohorts at partner hospitals, with limited seats and enrolment.
• Video workshops and courses: self-paced modules from fundamentals to advanced pharmacotherapy, with progress tracking.
• Clinical Credits wallet: students top up once via InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or card, then unlock any program instantly.
• Certificates: co-branded with training partners and issued on completion.
• Community: case discussions, resource sharing and networking.
• Hospital profiles and dashboards: partner hospitals showcase their programs and manage participants.
• Admin panel: manage programs, waves, users, payments, partners and ambassador applications.

Outcome

A complete flow from sign-up to certificate in four steps: create an account, charge the wallet, pick a program, get certified. It is backed by partnerships with MIH, Al-Salama and Rouvan hospitals.
